Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Processing hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PT)

  • Processing time: 2 to 3 business days

  • Orders ship the next business day after processing

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Please note: during busy seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed. After that, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

KiddieHaven is not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refused delivery

  • unclaimed packages

  • undeliverable locations

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate packages due to:

If this happens, you will still receive all items from your order.

Due to global shipping conditions, delivery times may occasionally be delayed. In rare cases, shipping may take up to an additional 14 business days.
