Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing an order. KiddieHaven is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


RETURN POLICY

To start a return, please contact us at info@kiddiehaven.co before sending anything back.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If your order has been paid and you wish to cancel or modify it, you must contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Once packaging or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.


WARRANTY POLICY

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents or misuse

  • Improper care or handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color fading or material damage due to sun exposure

  • After-market modifications

  • Damage caused by water exposure

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use.


REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing is typically completed within 24 hours after evaluation, but bank processing may take longer


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing can take time)

  3. Contact your bank for confirmation

Refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For the fastest resolution, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, damaged item), KiddieHaven will cover the return shipping cost.


HANDLING FEES

We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on returned products if the item is not returned in original condition or does not meet our return requirements.


RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
